Senator Mitch McConnell says the battle for control in the Senate is still up in the air. Senator McConnell said neither party has a lock on the chamber’s majority, which is currently held by Republicans. McConnell said it will be a “dog fight,” even describing it as “Sort of like a knife fight in an alley.” The GOP currently holds 53 seats compared to the Democrats’ 45.
