Daviess County Sheriff’s were called to Commerce Drive off Highway 144 last night after two individuals who were struck by a vehicle that left the scene. The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office placed a photo of the subject on their social media pages who was quickly identified. Arrested was 40-year old Ryan Baker of Southtown Boulevard. Baker was charged with two counts of second degree assault.
