The American Red Cross of Western Kentucky has a new home at 1700 Frederica Street in Owensboro. To celebrate, the chapter office will be hosting an open house on Thursday, October 3rd from 11 to 1p.m. and also 5pm to 7pm. Food and door prizes will be offered!
