Two Maceo residents are now in jail thanks to a tip. According to the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, 35 year-old Joseph Spears and 24 year-old Haley Baize were arrested Tuesday after Sheriff’s deputies received information that Spears and Baize were staying in an apartment on Crittenden Street. Both subjects had 5 active warrants out of Daviess County. Methamphetamine was also located in the residence. Both Baize and Spears are currently lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
