Indiana’s governor is saying ‘no’ to tolls on the state’s interstates, for now. Governor Eric Holcomb yesterday said in a letter to the Indiana Department of Transportation that he doesn’t think the state needs to charge drivers to drive on the state’s roads. Holcomb is open to quote “revisiting the report in the future” and has requested that the Indiana Department of Transportation continue to assess all possible funding options.
