The average price of a gallon of regular gasoline is still hovering just above the three-dollar mark in Louisville. Triple-A reports the fuel has dropped to three-dollars-two-cents a gallon, down close to two cents since the end of the Memorial Day weekend. However, it’s right back where it was last Friday. Drivers in the metro area are forking over close to 60 cents more for regular compared to the year-ago average price.
