Authorities in Kentucky are gearing up for the annual nationwide Click it or Ticket campaign. Officials with the Kentucky Office of Highway Safety talked to police traffic units in Jeffersontown yesterday. They say, on average, 90-percent of Americans wear their seat belts. However, that number is only 86-percent in Kentucky. Authorities say that 50-percent of the people killed in Kentucky car crashes were not wearing their seat belts.
