A missing juvenile from a case reported by Owensboro Police Wednesday has been found in Henderson, and an investigation is still being conducted. According to OPD, Ireland Home Based Services told them that they brought 3-year-old Celina Woolen to her mother, Carmen, for a supervised visit Wednesday on Crittenden Street. The employee told police that Carmen Woolen left the residence with the child without permission, launching the search for the girl’s whereabouts. The girl and her mother were reported found Thursday morning at a motel. Woolen was arrested by Henderson County police and taken to jail.
