An Owensboro icon has closed after more than 60 years in business. It’s Wyndall’s Wonder Whip on East 60. Owner Billy Mulligan took over the drive-in restaurant 22 years ago. He says he and a family member are having health issues and the business is too much to handle. Mulligan says he hopes someone else will take it over and reopen it.
