The Owensboro Police Department has made two additional arrests in the case of an Owensboro man allegedly being shot and shoved out of a vehicle on Dickey Drive on Monday. On Thursday, detectives charged Dominic O. Williams and Leonard Brown for acting jointly and together with a suspect arrested Wedneday, Delaquone Peterson, during the robbery and assault. With these additional arrests, the case investigation is now complete.
